Going above and beyond expectations is a speciality of Conquest Health and Fitness, when it comes to online coaching this goes double. Available in 6, 8 or 12-week blocks, we will decide a plan of attack for your goals and then begin the conquest!

 

The coaching includes the program the length of which you choose. This will be updated weekly based on the check-in feedback. On top of this will be a large focus on improving nutrition and forming some healthy habits to last you a lifetime.

Communication will be via:

- Email for our weekly check-ins and anytime you want to reach me.

- Video/Phone Call every second week so we can touch base and go over a range of topics to keep you succeeding on your conquest.

- Google Drive for you to access all of your programs, recipes, extras etc and so we can track progress for your training.

CUSTOMIZED PREMADE PROGRAMS

These programs have specific goals in mind and focus on leading you on your own conquest of health and fitness. These programs are a one off purchase. Once purchased they will be created and sent to you via google drive to be downloaded.

- Training Programs to suit your needs, whatever they may be. 

- Pick the challenge that suits you.

- For those who are after the do it yourself experience.

- Programs will be added to a google drive folder for your access. 

- Access will be for twice the duration of the program i.e. a 6-week program will have 12-week access. It is recommended to download the program before the time is up.
